Grand Assembly Checklist


 Below is a list of the events for the weekend. Thanks go to Kerri Straub for sharing this!
In the pictures below you will see the days and times on the left, the next column is what is happening at that time.  The next column is where on campus that even takes place. The final column on the right, is what you need to wear.

Thursday - is only for state officers - Michaela, Jessica, Zoe and Pamela. 

Friday - you will meet at 7:25 at the Scottish Rite dressed in your skirt or dress for the day.  Grandma D and Allison will be your drivers.

Sunday- to come home, you can have your parents come and pick you up after the Installation, or you can wait until everything is taken down and ride home with one of us.


DRESS CODE -
     • SPIKE HEELS are not to be worn all weekend at the request of Doane College.
     • Dress/skirts must be at least finger-tip length. No dress or shirt can be a halter top or strapless unless you wear a jacket with it.
     • Formals need to be floor length.  It also can not have a halter top, open back, or be strapless unless you wear a jacket with it.
     • Rainbow Casual -  does mean you can wear jeans however there are to be no holes. If you wear shorts they have to be at least finger tip length. You will have a tie-dye shirt to wear for Friday night Fun Night.  There are no sweat pants anywhere but in the dorms at night.  Saturday morning there will be no pajamas worn to the activity.

Overall you will need:
- 2 dresses or skirts (or one that you wear two times)
- at least 1 formal
- dress shoes that are not flip flops or spike heels
- rainbow casual bottoms for Friday night
- rainbow causal outfit for Saturday morning
- comfy clothes for the dorm that are finger tip length - at least 2 sets of pajamas to wear
- shower items
- dues card - If you don't have one, that probably means you haven't paid your $10 yearly dues. You can bring that and I will give you your card.
- spending money if you want to buy things at the Rainbow Shop
